1. Your Consent

By checking the consent box on our forms and submitting your information, or by otherwise providing your phone number and email address to us, you expressly authorize Arash Law and its agents and representatives to contact you at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provided, including:

• Phone calls, including calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), an automated dialer, or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
• Text messages (SMS and MMS), including messages sent using automated technology.
• Emails.

These communications may be sent for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Evaluating your potential legal matter and conducting intake.
• Scheduling and confirming consultations and appointments.
• Providing case updates, status notifications, and customer care if you become a client.
• Marketing and promotional communications about Arash Law’s legal services.
• Surveys and requests for feedback.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of any matter you have with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, but availability may vary.

4. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving communications at any time:

• Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message, after which you will not receive further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Phone calls: Tell the caller you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, or contact us using the information below.
• Emails: Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us using the information below.

Please note that even after you opt out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you regarding any active legal matter, in compliance with applicable law and our professional obligations.

5. Privacy of Mobile Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to communicate with you as described in this Disclosure and our Privacy Policy.

6. Call Recording

Telephone calls to and from Arash Law are recorded for quality assurance, training, case documentation, and legal compliance purposes. By continuing a call after this notice, you consent to the recording of the call. We comply with California Penal Code § 632 and other applicable two-party consent laws.

7. Record of Consent

When you submit consent through one of our forms, we record the date and time of submission, the IP address used, the page on which consent was given, and the exact text of the consent disclosure shown to you, in order to document your authorization.
